Biography: Myne Whitman is a name coined while the author was still in high school and is a play on the words of her maiden name. Personality-wise, she is quiet and laid-back but does like a good loud debate sometimes. In three words, she describes herself as friendly, caring and fun-loving. She has been a teacher, NGO consultant, banker, skate-hire attendant, researcher and government worker. After a postgrad degree and a few years in Edinburgh, Scotland, she now lives in the United States.
