Rapture-A state of extreme SPIRITUAL ECSTASY by being able to understand HEAVENLY ideas and feelings.

Rastafarianism-The movement that is related to the history of the African continent and many of its issues, and began in the 1930's. They recognized Haile Selassie, the king of Ethiopia, as the living god, and endorsed black superiority. The focus of this movement was to re-establish many of the elements that were considered by the degradation of the black people throughout the Caribbean. Their aim was to restore the self-respect and dignity of the black race. They believed that the white race was corrupt and doomed, and that the white race discriminates against the black race. They have a language of their own, and have their own colors and BELIEFS, and reject the white society. This movement stresses natural living in an African paradise that will soon come through DIVINE intervention. The group has a THEOLOGY and general philosophy, but HAS no agreed-upon system of beliefs and TENANTS for its members. Their idea of REINCARNATION is that the same person transcends from one birth to the next. They believe that Jah (or GOD) is within reach of every person, and that Ethiopia is the Promised Land.

Reality-Something that objectively exists. Of course, this means something much deeper, and that is the ideas that our minds have created is based on our sensory experiences. We "manufacture" and make up concepts, ideas and beliefs even though they may not be actual objects or factual concepts. It is well-known that our brain puts together pieces of what we see, even if it does not really appear ...it should appear, so therefore it does. Some scientists describe our seeing and describing the world of reality "as it is" is not really accurate, it is only as it appears to the observer.
