"OK." He switched to the local comnet linking him with the other nine. "Stand down until they plant the C4. Once they're back at the van, 1 through 4 disarm the plastic and collect it. 5 through 9 take the boys at the van."

The DHS sting was a success. In the gunfight at the van, one terrorist was killed and a DHS agent was wounded. While some of the agents took the prisoners away, Curt and others waited for the EMTs and the FBI bomb squad.

Only Curt and Jason knew that this was the twenty-third attack on this particular plant since 9/11, the infamous attack that had taken out the two World Trade Center towers down by Wall Street and, much worse, nearly three thousand lives.

It's only a matter of time when one will be successful.
