Another one that I run into occasionally, and that when my youngest 2 were younger they "played" together, is a little black girl, I'd say around 4 or 5 years old. She's dressed in child's clothing from the 1800's and has one of those handkerchiefs looking things on her head that is tied in the front. I'm not sure what it was called. But she has the cutest little face, really chubby cheeks and the cutest dimples. Now and then, we still occasionally hear him laughing in another part of the house.
I know these stories make it sound like I'm a little off maybe, but I've seen too many 'ghosts', from the time I was very young, not to believe that they exist. I've had a few VERY bad experiences with a couple of them in my life, but for the most part, the ones I have come in contact with have been 'friendly'. lol!
Over in fourteener country, a valley surrounded by 14,000+ feet peaks, just through Bighorn Sheep canyon, near Buena Vista, is a little ghost town called St. Elmo. It's one of Colorado's most well preserved ghost towns. Somewhat commercialized, but not bad. Back in 1878 St. Elmo was settled, and not long after the Stark family moved to town. They were one of St. Elmo's most elite families. They owned a general store and a hotel. Mrs. Stark, Anna, was a humorless woman. She had three children, Roy, Tony and Annabelle.
