"No kidding," Mindy agreed.

"Well, we better get out of the way and let Mindy do her job," Christopher said.

Mindy took the book he was holding and wrote a long passage on the inside front cover. She also jotted down her phone number before she handed the book back. "Keep in touch," she said as she tugged playfully on Kristy's pigtail. She looked at Jenny. "I mean that."

"We will. You can count on it." She looked up at her husband. "All three of us."
