| Biography: | Harold Edward Bindloss (1866-1945) was an English-born novelist, although he was quite well-known for the Canadian prairie adventure stories based on his years living in Western Canada. In fact, the town of Bindloss, Alberta was named for Harold Bindloss. Over 60 of his novels were published, including titles like Prescott of Saskatchewan (1913) and The Frontiersman (1929). |
