Biography: Glenn L. Starks was born and raised in rural Brunswick County, Virginia. At an early age he realized his passion for writing poetry and fiction. He also realized a passion for education and business, eventually earning a Masters in Business and a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration. Growing up in a tight knit family circle taught him the love of famiy, and value of respect and sharing. These lessons are exemplified in his writings.
